Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is one of the most beautiful actress the Indian Cinema has ever produced and also she was the winner of the miss world 1993 beauty pageant. She was born on November 1, 1973 in Mangalore, India. She started her career as a model and she came in as a runner up in the Miss India 1994 contest where that title won by none other than Susmitha Sen. Interestingly, both Sushmitha Sen and Aishwarya Rai went on to won Miss Universe and Miss World title respectively in 1994. She started her acting career with a Tamil film "Iruvar", that was directed by India's No.1 director Maniratnam. The movie was n't do that much in the box office but it was a great movie and the performance of Aishwarya Rai also well louded. After that no looking for Aishwarya Rai and she is always been a Director's Dream heroine in terms of both beauty and performance. She almost worked with India's leading directors like Maniratnam (3 movies in a span of 10 years), Shankar, Sanjay Leela Bansali, Subhash Gai, Ashitoush Gowrikar, etc. She performed more than 40 Indian and Foreign movies in her acting career.
