Up bright and early for promo duties, Khloe Kardashian was spotted arriving at the MTV building in Santa Monica, CA on Friday (April 8). The reality TV starlet looked lovely in a pale pink dress and heels as she strutted her stuff inside for an exclusive interview. Even though Khloe looked picture perfect, the brunette beauty tweeted about how she wasn’t feeling well. She wrote, “I woke up sick today
